Brunvoll agrees to acquire Scana Propulsion from Incus Investor
Norwegian thruster maker Brunvoll signed an agreement to acquire all shares of Scana Propulsion, including Norwegian and sales subsidiaries, from Incus Investor ASA, subject to competition authority approval.
