TEFCOLD Group, through its subsidiary Hamsard 3655 Limited, acquired certain assets of Beheren Limited trading as Capital Cooling, including stock, trademarks, domain names, fixed assets, and goodwill, effective March 14, 2022. The acquisition includes the transfer of 14 employees.
