Nova Marine

P&O Maritime Logistics, a subsidiary of DP World, signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling stake in NovaAlgoma Cement Carriers, the world's leading operator of pneumatic cement carriers.

Algoma Central Corporation and Nova Marine increased investment in their NovaAlgoma joint venture by acquiring three cement carriers from KGJ Cement in Northern Europe and two handy-size bulk carriers from Swire Bulk Holdings. The first vessel was delivered in early February 2022.
