Climate by Design International

Climate by Design International (CDI) is building a new 200,000-square-foot production facility in Owatonna's Industrial Park with a $37 million investment. The company manufactures desiccant dehumidifiers and critical process air handlers.

Climate by Design International broke ground in July 2022 on a nearly $40 million, 212,700-square-foot new headquarters and production facility in Owatonna, Minnesota. The project is partially financed by $12 million in New Markets Tax Credits.
