Graham Corp's subsidiary Barber-Nichols secured a $136.5 million follow-on contract from the US Navy to provide engineering and manufacturing for the Virginia-class submarine program, extending its work through February 2034.
Barber-Nichols held a groundbreaking for a new 43,000 sq ft advanced manufacturing facility in Arvada, Colorado, with completion scheduled for early 2021. The company plans to hire more than twenty new full-time employees in 2020.
