Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd., through its subsidiary Murata Electronics North America, Inc., has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Resonant Inc. for $4.50 per share in cash. The acquisition aims to combine Murata's RF product capabilities with Resonant's XBAR filter technology.
