ZeroAvia acquired HyPoint, a leading fuel cell stack innovator, to strengthen its hydrogen-electric aviation powertrain development. All 40 HyPoint team members will be integrated.

HyPoint opened a development and production facility in Discovery Park, Sandwich, UK, investing nearly $15 million in the new R&D and production site.
