Komatsu (Changzhou) Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.

Komatsu has agreed to dissolve the joint venture with Changlin and Sumitomo Corporation, making Komatsu (Changzhou) Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary. The process will proceed sequentially during fiscal year 2021.
