H.B. Fuller, a US-based global adhesives business, acquired Apollo, a Staffordshire-based adhesives, liquids, sealants and primers company, for approximately £50 million. Apollo will operate under H.B. Fuller's Construction Adhesives and Engineering Adhesives division.
