Franklin Electric has acquired all product lines, assets and a manufacturing facility in Rossville, Tennessee from submersible pump maker CPS Pumps. The products will be sold under the FPS brand through Franklin's existing distribution channels.
Franklin Electric acquired the product lines, assets and manufacturing process of CPS Pumps, LLC in Rossville, Tennessee for $6.3 million, with the Rossville employees joining Franklin Electric. The business will be integrated into its Global Water unit.
