Synres

COIM acquired the Dutch company Synres to enhance resin production and create a second production hub for esterification products in addition to its Offanengo, Italy site. Local production of Isoexter will start in early months of the year.

Italian specialty chemicals company Coim has acquired Synres, a resins producer near Rotterdam, Netherlands. Coim plans to invest in producing Isoexter and Diexter polyesters on site, creating a second esterification hub.
