SAPICI

Sun Chemical, a subsidiary of DIC Corp., has acquired Italian adhesives and polymers manufacturer Sapici and its holding company Finape. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Sun Chemical has acquired SAPICI, a global leader in high-performance polyurethanes for coatings, flexible packaging, and industrial adhesives, to expand its polymer and lamination adhesives portfolio.
