The management team of Enaqua signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Enaqua's shares from Grundfos. The transaction is expected to close shortly.

Grundfos and Enaqua management signed an agreement for the management team to purchase all shares of Enaqua, a UV water treatment solutions provider. The acquisition allows Enaqua to strengthen its technology portfolio.
