K-Tec Earthmovers and Ashland Industries, through the KA Group, have acquired Metalcraft of GA, Inc., a heavy equipment manufacturer of earthmoving scrapers based in Louisville, Georgia. The acquisition adds a Southeastern USA facility and the Metalcraft brand to the KA Group.
