Innochem N.V., a Belgian subsidiary of STOCKMEIER Holding SE, has acquired the business of Dutch specialty distributor XS Chemicals B.V. as of January 1, 2022. The acquisition expands Innochem's portfolio for polymerization chemicals, printing inks, adhesives, and paints and coatings.
