Cott to acquire Primo Water Corporation for about $775 million
Cott Corporation agreed to acquire Primo Water Corporation for $14.00 per share in cash and stock, valuing Primo at approximately $775 million. The deal will make Cott a pure-play water company and it will rebrand as Primo Water.
