Chizhou Zhongjiancai New Materials

China National Building Material announced that its subsidiaries Southern Cement and Chizhou Zhongjiancai, together with Sinoma Energy Conservation Investment, established Chizhou Zhongjiancai Hangjia (CNY 200 million), and Chizhou Zhongjiancai with Sinoma Energy Conservation Wuhan established Sinoma Energy Conservation Chizhou (CNY 100 million). The two JVs will subsequently build a new energy-saving and environmental-friendly wall material production base project in Chizhou.

Tianshan Cement's subsidiary Southern Cement and its subsidiary Chizhou Zhongjiancai, together with Sinoma Energy Conservation Investment, agreed to jointly establish Chizhou Zhongjiancai Hangjia New Materials Co., Ltd. with an investment of CNY 200 million. Southern Cement holds 56%, Chizhou Zhongjiancai 39%, and Sinoma Energy Conservation Investment 5%.
