Eve UAM, LLC, an Embraer company focused on urban air mobility, entered a definitive business combination agreement with Zanite Acquisition Corp. to list on the NYSE under ticker EVEX. The transaction includes up to $237 million from Zanite and a $305 million PIPE, with Embraer retaining an ~82% stake.
