Permoseal

Arkema finalized the acquisition of Permoseal, a leader in adhesive solutions for DIY, packaging and construction in South Africa. Permoseal generated sales of €43 million in 2021 and operates two production plants in the country.

Arkema announced the proposed acquisition of Permoseal, a South African leader in adhesive solutions for woodworking, packaging, construction and DIY, with sales estimated at €44 million in 2021. The acquisition is subject to antitrust approval and expected to finalize in Q2 2022.
