Zhejiang Doyin Pump Industry completes reverse merger with Shandong Luoxin Pharmaceutical
Zhejiang Doyin Pump Industry agreed in April 2019 to acquire Shandong Luoxin Pharmaceutical through a reverse merger valued at CNY 7.5 billion. The deal was reported as completed at the end of 2019.
