Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI)

Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) signed an agreement with Airbus to form a joint venture specialized in military aviation services and maintenance, repair and overhaul capabilities. Saudi Arabia will own 51% and Airbus 49%.

Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) is forming a joint venture with Figeac Aero to build a factory in Saudi Arabia to make aerostructure components. Saudi Arabia will own 60% and Figeac Aero 40%.

Dussur, SAMI, and Figeac Aéro signed a joint venture agreement to establish SAMI FIGEAC AÉRO Manufacturing LLC, building a high-precision manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia to produce aerostructure components.
