Huhtamaki completes full takeover of Brazilian JV Laminor
Huhtamaki has completed the acquisition of the remaining shares of its Brazilian joint venture Laminor S.A., a tube laminate maker, for approximately EUR 30 million. The business is consolidated from April 1, 2020.

Huhtamaki to acquire full ownership of Brazilian JV Laminor for EUR 30m
Huhtamaki agreed to buy the remaining shares of its Brazilian joint venture Laminor S.A., a tube laminate maker, for about EUR 30 million. Closing is expected in Q1 2020 subject to Brazilian approval.
