2Connect

2Connect, through its subsidiary Büschel Connecting Systems GmbH, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire rmw Kabelsysteme, a German manufacturer of specialty cable and electromechanical assemblies for aerospace, defense, and medtech markets. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Nexans has been awarded a 5-year frame contract to be the unique supplier of customised cables for 2Connect, a Netherlands-based interconnection solutions company. The cables will be produced at Nexans' Pioltello plant in Italy.
