Datwyler has signed a contract to acquire QSR, a US supplier of silicone seals and components for electrical connectors, from Q Holding and its private equity owner 3i. Closing is expected in Q2 2022.

Inflexion has agreed to acquire Aspen Pumps, a specialist condensate pump manufacturer, from 3i Group in a deal announced in December 2019. Aspen has over 200 employees and exports to more than 100 countries.

3i agreed to sell its investment in Aspen Pumps, a global condensate removal pump maker, to Inflexion Private Equity for proceeds of about GBP 208 million. The announcement was made on December 18, 2019.
