Mutares signs binding offer to acquire Sealynx International from GMD Group
Mutares SE & Co. KGaA signed a binding offer to acquire Sealynx International, a manufacturer of rubber and thermoplastic sealing solutions for automotive, from GMD Group. The acquisition is expected to close in Q1 2022 and will be an add-on for Mutares' SFC Solutions Group.
