Saudi Arabian company Engineering Dimensions is proceeding to produce transformers and electrical equipment independently, bypassing a 2018 joint-venture agreement with Bangladeshi state-owned Gemco. The company had pledged $35 million investment. Bangladesh is now revisiting the deal.
