TerraVest acquires Alberta wellhead equipment maker Argo Sales
TerraVest Industries acquired the assets of Argo Sales Inc., an Alberta-based manufacturer of wellhead processing and production equipment for the Canadian oil and gas market. The deal was funded with existing cash and credit facilities.
