National Steel and Shipbuilding Co. (NASSCO) was awarded a $6.75 billion fixed-price incentive contract by the U.S. Navy for the detail design and construction of eight T-AO 205 John Lewis class fleet replenishment oiler ships. Work will be performed primarily in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by January 2035.

National Steel and Shipbuilding Co. was awarded a $10,842,839 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract to procure shore-based spares for the USNS John Lewis T-AO class oiler program. Work will be performed in San Diego, California and is expected to be completed by November 2024.
