TriMech

Excellerant and TriMech have partnered to distribute Excellerant's Collaborative Manufacturing Platform, a CNC machine monitoring and IIoT system, across the U.S. and Canada.

TriMech acquired the Mastercam businesses of MACDAC Engineering and Compumachine. Terms were not disclosed. MACDAC is based in Somers, Connecticut, and Compumachine in Danvers, Massachusetts.

TriMech, backed by The Halifax Group, has acquired Adaptive Corporation and Forward Vision. The acquisitions expand TriMech's capabilities in engineering and design software solutions.
