Ukrainian Energy Machines

The Oktiabrsky District Court of Poltava seized and transferred 15.34% of shares in JSC Ukrainian Energy Machines (formerly Turboatom) owned by Konstantin Grigorishin to the National Agency for Corruption Assets, as part of a collaborationism investigation.

The merger of Kharkiv-based Turboatom and Elektrovazhmash into a single enterprise called Ukrainian Energy Machines is expected to be completed by the end of 2021, according to Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov.
