BGF acquires 44.3% stake in engineering plastics maker Kopra for 250 billion KRW
BGF announced it will acquire a 44.3% stake in KOPLA, a manufacturer of high-performance engineering plastics, for 180.9 billion KRW, with total investment of 250 billion KRW including convertible bonds. The acquisition date is December 22, 2021.
