Vivos Holdings, a portfolio company of Emprise Group, announced it will combine operations with Nice-Pak Products, a manufacturer of wipes based in Arkansas. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Nice-Pak Products announced an $80 million expansion in Mooresville, Indiana, moving to a planned 760,000 sq ft facility on 55 acres owned by the RDC, expected to create about 100 jobs. The $80 million covers $43.5 million for property and facility and $36.5 million for equipment.
