CNG's Spicers Paper acquires Kilmer, Wagner & Wise paper packaging distributor
Spicers Paper, a division of Central National Gottesman, acquired Kilmer, Wagner & Wise Paper Company, a Garden Grove, California distributor of corrugated products, stretch film and industrial packaging. Financial terms were not disclosed.
