Endo International plc

Endo International's subsidiary Par Sterile Products entered a cooperative agreement with the U.S. government to expand its sterile fill-finish manufacturing capacity at its Rochester, Michigan plant. The U.S. government will fund approximately $90 million of the total expected cost of approximately $120 million.

Strides Pharma Inc. will acquire a manufacturing facility from Endo International plc in Chestnut Ridge, Rockland County, New York, and invest over $42 million to retain 215 employees and add 40 jobs.
