Yamaha Outdoor Power to acquire Subaru Industrial Power Products engine line from Fuji Heavy Industries
Yamaha Outdoor Power agreed to acquire Subaru Industrial Power Products, taking over three multi-purpose V-Twin engine models after Fuji Heavy Industries ceases their production. The deal is expected to be completed by October 1, 2017.
