Nova Trading SA finalized its merger with Nova Metale Sp. z o.o. on July 1, 2026, consolidating commercial, manufacturing, and logistics operations under the Nova Trading SA name.

Nova Metale announced investment plans to expand equipment with two laser cutting machines for stainless steel and aluminum sheets in November 2021, a tube laser cutting machine in December 2021, and a second CTL line for coil cutting in November 2022.
