OEM International AB acquired Zoedale Ltd in the UK, a group with annual sales of GBP 3 million whose brands include ASCO, Valpes, Omal, Bernard Controls and Peter Paul, which make valves and actuators. The deal was announced on 31 January 2020.
OEM International signed an agreement to acquire the pump division of Finisterra AS in Norway, which sells Hermetic, Flux and Almatec pumps for chemical and industrial use. The division will be integrated into OEM Automatic AS.
