Mitsubishi Gas Chemical has begun construction of a new MXDA (meta-xylylenediamine) plant in Rotterdam, Netherlands, with a capacity of 25 kilotons per year. The plant is expected to start production in mid-2024 and is being built on Huntsman's site.
