RPC proposes €262.5M takeover of waste container maker ESE World
RPC announced a proposed acquisition of Maastricht-headquartered ESE World BV for around €262.5 million. ESE will become an independent unit within RPC Promens, with completion expected in Q1 2017 subject to regulatory approval.
