Slovenian ROTO Group signed an agreement to acquire ISEA S.p.A., Italy's largest manufacturer of wastewater treatment plants and oil separators. The acquisition was effective February 1, 2026, and adds ISEA as the 20th company and 10th factory in the group.

Roto, headquartered in Uitgeest, Netherlands, has acquired 100% of the shares of French Prestia Group, a steel surface treatment company with 450 employees and 12 production sites. The acquisition was announced on 6 October 2021.
