Duke Street

Private equity group Duke Street agreed to acquire Suir Engineering, a provider of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation engineering services, from Dalkia and EDF Energy. Suir employs 1,300 people and has annual turnover of €300 million.

DCC plc acquired the Medi-Globe Group, a German provider of minimally invasive medical products, from Duke Street. The acquisition was announced on October 5, 2021.
