Trioplast to acquire Apeldoorn Flexible Packaging from B.C. Jindal group
Trioplast Group signed an agreement on November 22, 2019 to acquire Dutch plastic film maker Apeldoorn Flexible Packaging (AFP) from JPF Netherlands BV, part of B.C. Jindal group. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
