White Drive Motors & Steering

White Drive Motors & Steering will expand its 124,000-square-foot facility in Christian County, Kentucky, with a nearly 13,000-square-foot addition and a $16 million investment, creating 25 full-time jobs. The project moves gearset production from Parchim, Germany, to Hopkinsville.

Interpump Group closed its acquisition of the White Drive Motors & Steering business units from Danfoss, with plants in the US, Germany and Poland. The total enterprise value is 278 million euro, paid in cash.
