Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Keppel Infrastructure and DNV signed an MoU on Sept. 26 to perform a quantitative risk assessment exploring 100% ammonia as a fuel for a gas turbine or combined cycle system, potentially leading to an ammonia power plant on Singapore's Jurong Island.

Royal SMIT Transformers, a company of the SGB-SMIT Group, has completed the acquisition of DNV's Transformer Oil Laboratory in Arnhem, Netherlands. The transfer includes personnel, equipment, data bank, and ISO 17025 accreditation.
