Thomas H. Lee Partners agreed to acquire AutoStore, a provider of cube storage systems and robotics, from EQT, which had bought the company in January 2017. AutoStore management and EQT will keep minority stakes.
Give & Go Prepared Foods completed its acquisition of Toronto-based Create-a-Treat Ltd., NAFTA Foods and Packaging Inc. and related entities on July 29, 2016, concurrent with its acquisition by Thomas H. Lee Partners. Financial terms were undisclosed.
