Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. completed its acquisition of VODA A/S, a multi-brand aftermarket parts and service provider for energy plants in Scandinavia. The combined business will be part of B&W's Renewable segment.

Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises agreed to acquire Voda, a Danish company that makes aftermarket parts and provides services for waste-to-energy and biomass-to-energy markets.
