IDEX acquires Velcora Holdings AB, maker of Roplan seals and Steridose mixers
IDEX Corporation acquired Velcora Holdings AB, whose businesses include mechanical seal maker Roplan and hygienic mixer and valve maker Steridose, in Q3 2019. The deal complements IDEX's sealing solutions and health and science platforms.
