SOCOMORE signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire PTI's specialty coatings and solvents product lines, including PTI and Certified Coatings brands. PTI will continue manufacturing under a toll agreement, and SOCOMORE will qualify additional production at its North America headquarters in Rhome, Texas.
