SIG to acquire Visy Cartons in Australia for AU$70 million
SIG Combibloc agreed to acquire Visy Cartons Pty Ltd from Pratt Consolidated Holdings' VisyPak unit for AU$70 million, subject to customary conditions. Visy Cartons produces SIG aseptic cartons under licence in Australia and New Zealand.
