FISCHER Group announced the acquisition of BBN Spindles SA, a Swiss manufacturer of high-precision spindle systems based in Bôle, Neuchâtel. The acquisition was announced on October 20, 2025.

Fischer inaugurated a new production plant in El Talar, Buenos Aires, with an investment of nearly US$10 million, aiming to double production and export 20% by 2026.

Fischer Group is investing €11 million in a new hall and production line at its Fischer Edelstahlrohre site in Achern-Fautenbach, Germany.

Advent Technologies Holdings closed the acquisition of Serenergy A/S and fischer eco solutions GmbH, the fuel cell business of the fischer Group. Serenergy operates in Aalborg, Denmark and Metro Manila, Philippines; FES is in Achern, Germany.
